at veri.school, we believe that software solutions should be conceptionally designed for and tested by all stakeholders with business domain knowledge

Swiss Federal Institute of Technologies (ETH) - home of the most influential and internationally recognized researcher in the field of software programming languages, Niklaus Wirth and having hosted as guest professor the Russian mathematician Yuri Gurevich, who proposed Abstract State Machines (a mathematical generalization of Turing Machines).

In 1997, Philipp created an ETH spin-off to commercialize a pioneering no-code and software specification technology developed within the ETH project “Montages”, which was granted an international patent. Along the vision of open innovation and virtual organizations the no-code platform veri.mcore was open-sourced in 2015 and during the course of 5 years multiple solutions were delivered to financial and healthcare institutions.

Across all industries digitalization and automation are high on the corporate strategy list. The importance and more importantly the understanding of the value chain in particular weighs heavily in this context, which is often ignored and can only be defined by the business side, while the execution and the project itself is led by the IT team. veri.solutions’ founders combine the expertise from a business as well as technical side - veri.mcore is the bridging link between the business and the IT world allowing to develop and validate prototypes up to a minimum viable product (MVP) quickly and at a reasonable price, without any excessive project management.

veri.school’s team is driven by the vision that open innovation is in its infancy and veri.mcore is opening up a new paradigm for inter-department and agile software development. We help any data driven business model to identify opportunities, and design, develop and validate software quickly up. veri.solutions’ team members are true experts in digitalizing and automating business processes by assessing the corresponding value chain, by developing the underlying software and by introducing augmented analytics around data science and machine learning

the only constant to your business model is

technological change

our vision

is that all stakeholders with business knowledge can conceptionally design, test and validate data-driven business software solutions.

our mission

is to empower users with our technology platform veri.mcore to rapidly conceptionalize business software and use their own domain-specific language as well as terminology in order to harvest the maximum out of the respective value chain.

founder – business meets technology

Philipp W. Kutter

Philipp remained in computer science, and after getting inspiration from artificial intelligence research in Palo Alto, Sophia Antipolis, and Berlin, he delivered his PhD thesis on "Montages - Engineering of Computer Languages".

This work served as white paper for an ETH spin-off in the domain of AI, domain-specific modeling and prototyping, which finally resulted in the company veri.solutions, and the tool veri.mcore

After using this technology with students in start-ups, Philipp test drove the same ideas in 15 years of consulting work for Swiss banks and insurances.
